Finding the food posts annoying doesn't automatically exclude the community aspect of the sub. One thing doesn't negate the other. Again, it's just someone's opinion. Being favorable to it doesn't make your opinion the right one and others wrong.

I honestly find it quite annoying, but that's okay. Every subreddit has those fads. It would be a completely different conversation if this kind of post becomes permanent or something.

I might be biased towards something else that could appear... like music/art, idk... in the same way you're being now. But opinions about it shouldn't be seen as a negative thing.

Just let people complain... It's part of it.
