This has only been up for 5ish hours, but I think we all have some really good ideas here. For me personally these are the things I would like to see:
JT keycaps: If possible I would like us to have these produced in the same manner they are producing their debut GB with Bunny. (http://i.imgur.com/CChf4JE.jpg (not my image it's from the GB)) These caps look like they are super thick and high quality doubleshot in the Cherry Profile. We would have to ask bunny if we could get JT to produce the keys. As far as I know Bunny has invested a lot into JT and I think it would be best to go through him.
/u/MAR82 came up with a fantastic colorway that I think with a few adjustments would work. (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/layouts/403057b8976b92c15827141dac6298d1) For me the biggest issues would be the win keys being a different color and the ESC legend being hard to read. These could be solved by darkening the ESC legend to be the same color as the other modifier keys and my standardizing the color of the modfier keys.

I'm not really sure if it is possible, but I would like the numpad to be a giant snoo. This would be similar to the Galaxy Class set where the numpad is a giant sphere (not my image: http://cdn.keypuller.com/2014/11/MG_1392-2-960x540.jpg)
