Galilea.

I'm not here to complain about how strong she is (even after the hotfix, she's still very strong). I'm here to point out that for this style of game she simply doesn't fit the bill kit-wise.

What is the strongest thing to be able to do in this game? Arguably, control where your opponent is, and what they can do. Does Galilea have this ability extremely reliably? Yes. She can stun for exorbitant amounts of time, drag players into her aoe and silence them to limit their options, and she can run and gun with no penalty meaning that the normal solution of running and punching them back doesn't work properly. Put all these together and you have a tank with awesome ability. This by itself? It would be a non-issue if Galilea was a tank.

Galilea on top of all that happens to have damage reduction, making her harder to kill on top of all of the cc she had in her kit and helix upgrades. In addition, she has damage auras, crazy high damage output (I've seen 1800 in 3 seconds even without legendary gears).

If you take all of these mechanics together, Galilea essentially has early every base-line mechanic the game has to offer. Damage output, silence, stun, ranged damage, AoE, auras: She has all of these and their power is above average. The kit itself is what's toxic. I get the idea of wanting to have a knight with a sword and shield, but you can't do that and have everything else you've ever wanted. Yes, being able to customize your character to your playstyle is a fantastic part of the game, but not when choosing a different option provides no loss of power or drawback.

Tl;dr Game design-wise Galilea has a kit that encompasses way too much power and variety, and makes her a jack-of-all-trades master-of-all, instead of having any personality.
