Title: Do companies face perjury charges or are those a joke?

Original Post:

My (worldwide manufacturing) company fired me for reporting them to OSHA. I filed a whistleblower case and got a lawyer.

The Company has submitted their response to OSHA and it is full of easily provable lies. Their dates are wrong, and they allege that I never reported certain things to management. I have witnesses to events that allegedly never happened.

I have proof that these statements are not fact, some of which had been submitted into evidence prior to The Company putting together their response.

Will The Company be subject to charges for lying to a federal agency?
