Companies struggling to fill jobs 'should try paying more,' Fed's Kashkari says

My boss,(who funnily enough works for my dad) is an all around nice guy, wont ask you to do anything he wouldn't and hasn't done himself, and just expects you to show up 5 days a week 9-5 and hopefully pick up some extra hours when we get busy, a win win for most people because at a minimum wage ish job the extra money is nice to have.

If you do all that you can show up, do your work, listen to music or podcasts while you do or socialize a fair amount with your coworkers. It's a great place to work, but its sad to see how lazy some people can be without realizing there are much worse jobs than ours. I'm definatly more productive at this job than anywhere else, but for some people I'm not so sure.
