I was ghosted and even really received a rejection reply nearly 3 months later. The reply came suspiciously shortly after I posted a negative review on Glassdoor about the interview process.

Based on the details I provided it would not have been very difficult for them to associate the review back to me.

But it would have been even easier for them to schedule a boilerplate rejection email shortly after my last interview.

It’s just further proof that companies care more about how they are perceived by the masses than how they treat individuals.

A wise person once said you can measure one’s character by how they treat you when you have nothing to offer them.
