Do you have recent and significant experience working as an application developer?

All you really need is dates and the fact you worked as an application developer.

So something like:

From x date to y date, as a CS-01, I was an application developer at department, working on technology applications for project names.

Just repeat that ensure the dates add up to significant experience and occurred within a recent timeframe.

Or something like

Do you have experience providing technical advice and to clients?

Same thing.

From x date to y date, as a CS-01, I provided technical advice to clients when working on the z project.

Then you just list the examples, whether they were User Stories, FAQs, walkthrough meetings, coaching sessions, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
