This is a gym that is constantly hogged, for days, by the same team. Most days, I look at the gym and do indeed think it's not worth trying but after months, we thought stuff this, we're gonna see how long it takes to take down. It's not something I have done before for so long and not something I'm keen to do again! However, isn't it part of the game that we take down gyms? How am I the only one being stubborn if the ones who are constantly on these gyms are always golden berrying them? My point was that at the time I had 10 revives which were obviously used straight after and I've had minimal revives from Pokestops since (maybe 2 a day).

Putting that into perspective, if I were someone who takes down these gyms regularly then I would be using approximately the same number of Pokemon a week anyway, if not more.

And yes it is pointless. It's a game!
