Computational Media vs. Computer Science (College of Computing - College of Science) // Undergraduate

Don't want to be that guy, but I don't think you're getting in.

GT used to say that they'd "admit people to the school, not the program", so everybody was held to the same standard.

I don't think that's as true now, but only because some majors (CS) are now harder to get into than the baseline at this school.

What I'm saying is, CM isn't way easier to get into than CS. Your GPA is also lower than the minimum GPA required for admission to the College of Computing.

CM is an interesting case,because it's shared between College of Computing and Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, so you might be fine from a GPA perspective.

CS is under CoC, so I guess you'll be automatically rejected for CS.
