Another attempt at Vimeo or YouTube will be very quickly foiled by Viacom.

Instead I recommend vid.me or Uploadly. vid.me can be completely anonymous, their system for copyright claims is pretty shitty and even if it takes them 8-12 hours to get the video down, that's 8-12 more hours than any of the other more well known video sites get. vid.me is very embeddable and probably a great option if the video is under 10min. Uploadlyt has the option to download the video right there in the player as do some others. If you guys encourage people to download and rehost the video wherever they want it turns it into a hydra they can't chop it off cause there is no one center source that can cut the whole operation off with one removal. That's the move that will cause Viacom to completely lose control of this. good luck
