Just from doing a bit of research. What is the difference between the 11 and 20 series expected to be released? 20 series seems to just be an upgrade to the 1050-1080, while the 11 series is using an entirely new architecture. Should I hold out until a specific one is released, even if it could take a year? I feel like no matter what option I choose, within a year it'll be replaced with something way better. Whether it's the Ti version, or this new architecture. It's frustrating.
This question may be silly, but I'm curious. I think my current build at home is running something along the lines of an i5-4700~ ish quad core at 3.4ghz. How big of a difference is the 8700K compared to that now? What benefits and performance boosts to you generally notice from a CPU upgrade, when compared to a GPU?
Finally, what is the difference between Bronze and Gold PSU's? Is it necessary to get a Gold version?
