you cannot really compare those prices with the reputation tour tickets - the prices back then also had the whole logistics costs (I had read that she even had 2 sets of trucks to transport the stage pieces into the locations - while there was one concert at one city, the other set of trucks was already moving in order to have the next stage built in time), all the fireworks and also the costs for renting the venues, etc. Performing at a bigger festival allows to dilute the fixed costs (safety requirements, rent, etc) into multiple artists while we should expect a less extravagant stage and more official sponsors into the festivals, hence lower final ticket prices.
