Sure here we go. 40k is GW's worse game.
Its over priced, the player base isn't great and it is build in a way to mostly invalidate your army / investment every few years.

Sure its fun to plan an army, thinking about glorious battles that you are going to play with them, and to build and paint that army etc. And the lore is great, but there are other games that offer you the same experience for only a fraction of the cost while also keeping it somewhat manageable. Anyone who claims that painting 100 orks, gaunts or guardmen is just as fun as painting 10 gangers is lying as is anyone who claims to enjoy playing against the newst pushed codex with their finally painted now underpowered army or anyone who claims that lugging an army around is fun.
