conflict of interest

I'm not a DH, but I heard conflict of interest apply to DHs, which I think is nuts.

I'm an Asmt looking to transfer smoothly in to Costco, start as a part time and get into full time later. I was almost hired at Costco last year when I was a shift lead but I was promoted to Asmt at the same time, so I declined offer at Costco. (Big mistake lol)

There was handshake deal with my old manger, I was doing 4 days as a ASMT, 7-8 hour shifts so I can go back to school. But calibration happened and screwed over school plans, now I'm at a new store with a new manger who wanted me do 44 hours. I know it's not new manger fault or anything, Asmt is full time position and so I'm just biting it down and looking for a way out.

Also if I'm gonna work my ass off I would rather get paid like it and also work with fellow competent co workers who's getting paid enough to give a shit... Which is why I want to just go to Costco... I just want it to be smooth as possible for the store.
