most of my APs were before kids (i.e. when I had a LOT more time on my hands lol) and when we had our first (i was doing shiftwork at the time so it made it a lot easier). 2 1/2 years ago we had twins and I changed jobs (regular hours) which makes coming up with excuses to not be at home etc a bit trickier (not impossible but generally harder) so between helping with things at home (tbh I love being with the kids more than anything) and engaging in my hobbies it doesn't leave a lot of time for myself let alone meeting someone.

Which also means meeting pAPs is quite limited; basically it leaves colleagues and other people within the workplace and....not many other places tbh. There are a couple people at work who I kind of fancy and get along with but a) I know firsthand work people is a bad idea and b) I just can't seem to get a read on them....all i know is that if they were to offer, i would really struggle to keep my "not at work" rule and turn them down lol
