Frankly, if she were genuinely interested but wary about where you'd want to live, she would simply have opened up a casual discussion about this so that she could see where you stood before she distanced herself. She's either too busy to keep in frequent contact (which I personally don't believe, because texting you once in the morning and once in the evening would only take her seconds) or she isn't interested in taking things further (which I think is more likely). Wait until she's done with her project and see what happens then. If things don't change, you can ask, in a gentle non accusatory manner. Something alone he likes of "hey seems like we haven't been talking much lately. Is everything ok with you? If you aren't interested in going on more dates that's absolutely fine with me, I'd just like to know so that I don't pester you with asking".
