I find if I start looking for an “Easy Button”, all I will find is avoidance of something, avoidance of fear maybe, or effort, or strife. Does no good, just continues to repeat those same patterns and doesn’t allow any growth. The people that don’t do this work stay stuck and frustrated and resort to arguing and making up bullshit to make themselves feel better on the surface.

Thanks! I saw myself in it. My posts really look like the posts of a bad player trying to attract attention. Because I tried to get away from practice by finding an easy way or constant confirmation/support from the outside. Dan explained that practice is most important, and to be more precise - serious effort, discipline. There are techniques and a full explanation in the wiki section, and this is enough for 1000%. What other questions can I ask? (not a question).
