Our healthcare is a joke? America has the most, and the highest quality trauma centers in the world. American Universities are unrivaled and many people travel here for education. We also have some of the best cancer survival rates for such a diverse populace. America can afford to pay doctors much more so many people come here to work.

Not to mention the difference in disposable income is over 10k higher in the USA even when adjusting for purchasing power. I can buy top tier health insurance and still have money left over. I could buy a family plan and still have money left over.
