Connecticut passes bill giving electoral votes to presidential candidate who wins popular vote

In the 2018 and 2019 congressional and gubernatorial elections in your state, be sure to vote for candidates who support your state joining the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.

In the 2016 Electoral College, the total 58 electoral votes of Colorado (9), Delaware (3), Maine's 1st congressional district (1), Minnesota (10), Nevada (6), New Hampshire (4), New Mexico (5), Oregon (7), and Virginia (13) went to Clinton; and, the total 45 electoral votes of Michigan (16) and Florida (29) went to Trump. If Michigan and Florida join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, the compact will have 275 electoral votes, assuring the next presidential candidate with the majority of popular votes in the 2020 Presidential Election will receive the required minimum 270 electoral votes. If Michigan, Florida, and any of the remaining 28 states not included in my estimates join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, their electoral votes will swell the compact's electoral votes beyond 275, exceeding the 270 electoral votes necessary to win the 2020 Presidential Election.

Everybody! Please vote! In every local, state, and federal election!
