CONNERY'S STRONGEST BR100 CONTEST

Sure, I'll bite, mainly because I'm curious about training techniques and dieting. I don't have videos for any of this and I'm not going to start recording just to prove myself. Take it as you will. These are all unassisted numbers - no straps, no gloves, maybe chalk if needed, and no compression gear. I discontinued the bodybuilder type routine and started a more athletic/sport based routine so my top-end numbers may have dropped but my mid-range numbers have really increased. I also don't have recent max numbers because I haven't gone for max in a while, mainly high rep counts, so I'll post the most recent numbers.

Bench - 365 x 1 or 225 x 19 Overhead Press - 265 x 1 Back Squat (full range of motion) - 365 x 2 Front Squat - 275 x 1 Deadlift - 405 x 10 (Hammer Strength) Shrug - 545 x 13 Power Clean - 275 x 1 Training time = I have no clue... I've been doing this for a while

Do you follow a specific lifting style/program and do you lift to compete? Like I mentioned before, I switched to the sports stuff because I was trying to compete in sports and I also wanted the more endurance-oriented build for work. A few injuries have set me back so my numbers aren't quite where I have them listed at the moment, but I'm getting back to those levels pretty quickly now that I'm at 100%.

My supplement cycle has changed over the years and at points it has been pretty extensive, though nothing too extreme and harsh, but now I take a standard preworkout along with Onnit's T+ (not an actual test booster, but an herbal supplement to help with natural testosterone absorbtion, and other natural muscle also joint recovery support), a multi vitamin, a simple creatine (pill based monocreatine if I'm remembering correctly), fish oil, and a multi-source protein. At night I take more fish oil, magnesium, and zinc. I also have some BCAA's that I use as needed when I feel like I could use the extra amino support. I think my current cycle is the most I'll do at this point, unless I get into a sport that requires a little more support.
