ConocoPhillips Cancels Internship Program 2020

This is from my UG (Mines):

"As human standards of living rise, so does energy and resource consumption. Hydrocarbon energy will continue to dominate energy usage, and other non-hydrocarbon resource development, such as geothermal and subsurface resource acquisition and development, will continue to grow in importance."

"Besides developing technical competence in petroleum engineering, you will learn how your education can help you contribute to the development of alternative energy sources such as geothermal. In addition to exciting careers in the petroleum industry, many petroleum engineering graduates find rewarding careers in the environmental arena, law, medicine, business, and many other walks of life."

Openly lying and grasping at straws is what they are doing here. I can probably count woth both my hands the amount of people who have sucesful gotten into geothermal work, law, or medicine - from PETE UG. Also, lmao, pretending like renewables don't exist.
