I think the new Conqueror is the worst idea that RIOT could have ever had.

In comparison to every other Rune being Frontloaded Damage (imagine Electrocute: Hit people 3 times for big burst damage/ Grasp: Hit people for Burst Damage/ Comet: Hit people for extra projectile which deals damage) and thus being effective almost immediately in a fight, taking 10 attacks to get maximum value out of a rune is sheer absurd.

Imagine a Kha'Zix running towards Fiora. Kha'Zix performs a combo like E+Q+AA and immediately procs Electrocute for Huge Extra Burst Damage.

The other way around: Fiora running towards Kha'Zix. To get maximum Value out of her rune she would need to make a Combo like this: Tiamat+Q+AA+E+AA+Parry Something+AA+Q+AA+AA and ONLY THEN you get your maximum value out of your rune. Congratulations having reached 10 stacks you can start healing now.

But that is never going to happen in such a situation. Either Kha'Zix kills Fiora with E+Q+AA+Electrocute+W or Fiora kills him with Ult like this: R+AA+Q+E+AA+AA. She won't get her proc in a situation like that.

I kind of dislike the rune, but am open to change my opinion. Maybe I haven't thought this through enough.
