As a consequence of YouTube introducing AudioSwap on February 22, 2007, which replaces the audio of copyrighted soundtracks with a different, Creative Commons licensed song, a number of songs from 009 Sound System became widely prominent on many YouTube videos.

Bonus Facts:

009 Sound System was so prominent from the Soundswap utility because available replacement songs were ordered alphabetically by artist name, which meant their songs were usually the first results people saw as options to replace audio.

And the song "With a Spirit," has some interesting lyrics, since the song is mostly about psychedelics and it's relation to religion, with choice bits such as

Not particularly risque as far as lyrics can go, but I could definitely see some religious fundamentals getting pissed off at YouTube for making music with these themes so easily accessible to kids.
