Do you consider Switch's library... weak?

To call it ‘weak’ outright I think would be overstating the case; while I can think of numerous games off the top of my head not currently on Switch that I wish were, there is nonetheless a pretty wide and diverse array of content out there I have yet to explore.

That being said, the appeal, or lack thereof in terms of the Switch library will vary from person-to-person depending on their priorities. For me, being furloughed from work for three months earlier this year due to the pandemic made me realize that I am no longer a ‘full-time’ gamer, in the sense that gaming is my primary hobby. I still spent a lot of time playing, of course, but despite having more free time than I knew what to do with, that didn’t translate into getting lost in a game for the better part of a day, as it once might have under similar circumstances.

For me, games these days tend to last a pretty long time, since I chip away at them gradually, as opposed to powering through them. So the Switch is a good fit in that sense. However, if I was still a ‘full-timer,’ I can completely understand how the Switch library would feel lacking if it was the only current platform someone had access to.
