Yeah I get that, but deliberately putting it in harms way just seems pointless. If you’ve got that many people pulling into your drive you’re gonna have at least one idiot who smacks the car, even if it was a genuine accident it just seems almost childish to actually put your car there and hope for a juicy video. I’d just find something else and try to close off the driveway so people physically can’t turn around in my drive. That way you can watch people try and reverse up the road or else pull some other strange manoeuvre without also hoping worrying they might hit your car too. Using your car as a gate...just don’t get why you’d want any damage to your car even if you can get it fixed without much issue. Cars are pretty important right now, creating a situation where one might need to be fixed or where one might be out of use for a while is causing unnecessary hassle in the middle of an already stressful situation.

As in, someone may desperately need their car fixed through no ones fault but might end up having to wait longer because OP put their car deliberately in harms way. It’s just silly.
