Constant headache. Doctor said it's probably migraine but I'm still worried.

You sound like me.... So a few things, I'd see an endocrinologist and get some hormones checked. B12, thyroid, that kinda thing. Tiredness could be many things, especially since you're on an antidepressant. You want to make sure it's not in fact the medicine. Have you had a contrast mri of your brain recently?? Your post stood out to me because not only did I have low cortisol and some other weird hormones seemed to be fluctuating, but they finally found a tumor. Not going to say it's that, because a LOT of things can cause the same symptoms, or even many things...... I was diagnosed with all kinds of shit before the tumor popped up. But what I'd be ready to rule out is a tumor of some kind, or lesions. A neurologist would be the way to go, and heck, throw an ear nose and throat specialist in as well if you can swing it, schwannomas can grow in several locations in the head, even the optical nerves. One or the other could rule out a tumor in your vestibular canal either way. The ear Dr would do a very specific test that rarely doesn't catch it unless it's under 5mm. Same with most mri, they can't see much if it's smaller than 5mm unless it's a Tessela 3 mri which can detect at 3mm. I had no idea what was going on either. The eye shit where everything looked like a mirage in the desert and constantly moving and the ice pick pain in the left side of my head radiating in to my neck... Ugh. I just had surgery and though they weren't successful at removing the tumor, I haven't had that damn headache since. Both were enough to almost drive me insane at first... Now I rarely notice the visual oscillopsia because it's the least of my problems, it just sucks at night with rain, or bright lights.... Again, no reason to panic, if you had one they're pretty common and supposed to be fairly easy to treat especially early, and they aren't cancerous generally in relatively healthy persons (which I am not). I'd be interested if you found something out. Vitamin D I've found for myself to be very hard to treat with anything other than good old sunshine. It's a hormone, and taking something doesn't really help and you can overdo it easily. I'd recommend a high quality sublingual drop every few days at least. 15-20 mins of sun between 11-3pm is best though. But yeah, write down your symptoms for a week as you experience them, and a list of other incidents and bring it to your appointments. It will cut out a lot of guessing for your Dr's. I'm sure I'm leaving so much out, but I hope this can push you in a direction towards some answers. You sometimes have to be pushy, don't be afraid, let them know you are paying for their services and would like peace of mind at best. For 9 years "it's just depression, and anxiety"..... Turns out I have a growing list of real actual medical issues.... Which anxiety from unexplainable symptoms was a secondary problem. Don't let them push you around!! One last thing, have you tried taking magnesium for the headaches? Occasionally it would wipe mine out. It's what a lot of Dr's try first as a preventative. You might even do yourself a solid and try a chiropractor or massage. I do both. It's very very helpful! I hope this helps like I said, I was so lost trying to track the problem down and it took 4 years. Don't lose hope.
