Consulting at Johnson?

Most MBA programs publish an employment report of each graduating class. It should be on the school's website, check under a section titled something like "career services" or "employment data".

Some MBA programs publish a lot more details than others in these reports, including salary info and names of the firms, so definitely worth reading reports from peer schools.

Here is Cornell's for the class of 2016: http://www.johnson.cornell.edu/Career-Management/Employment-Report-for-Two-Year-MBAs

For similar business schools with a good ranking, consulting jobs seems to be around 25% - 40% of graduating students. Median first year salary, all in comp, seems to be around $115,000-$150,000. There's always exceptions, but I would say pretty much every student at these programs that wants consulting will be able to succeed at getting a job in it. It might not be at their first choice firm or in their first choice city, but consulting jobs are relatively easy to get if you have an MBA from a top 25 school. Best of luck.
