I dont now what is it. I am newbie here. I am from Russia ) So my family not a rich . And i sit from 6year laptop . He so slow that in cs 1.6 fps down up to 25 fps and in smokes only 15 ( In browser he is very slow too. If you really can please gift a cheap pc or smartphone. I have not a smartphone too. about 2 years yet. I have only old mobile phone with buttons. I neednt some really expensive no.
I don’t even hope to get something here at all, I’m just writing, and what if someone can really help. I need a really very cheap smartphone which not lag in serf in browser , whatsapp , social networks and all. He need to me in school firstly because i so tired look on the wall up to 20 minutes every break. Or (I can not even imagine what the chances for this ) PC without any GPU , no , simply pc on powerfull CPU like I3 or I5 (in my laptop PentiumB960 ((((( ) so that there are no lags in the browser, and it would be possible to run cs 1.6 normally with maximum xD settings
