Is continually using Plan B safe? How often can it be taken and still be safe?

My partner does not know of my plan B consumption and has been trying to get me pregnant

A bit off the main topic but I just want to emphasise this part of your post in particular. If you're not ready to have a baby yet, you MUST tell your partner.

It isn't healthy that he is 'trying to get you pregnant' when you don't want to be, especially when you need to go to extreme measures, such as these, to prevent a pregnancy.

Communication is absolutely key here - you need to tell him how you feel and be honest about what you want at the moment.

I understand that you don't want to hurt him but having children and starting a family isn't something you can treat lightly, you have to on the same page with this. It will probably hurt more further down the line when he finds out that you didn't tell him the truth about your current wishes and about what you're doing in regards to Plan B so it would be best to have a conversation with him about all of this as soon as possible.

After this, if it turns out he doesn't understand nor respect what you want and isn't prepared to wait until you are ready, maybe this isn't the right relationship for you.

In regards to Plan B, it isn't recommended to take regularly and should not be relied on as main contraception. As others have already mentioned, plan b is hormonal so if you've generally been okay whilst taking it, I'd say birth control pills, the patch, implant etc. will be okay (and better) for you as these are manufactured to be used daily/consistently so are safer to take on a regular basis.

Please stay safe and consider these points, your health needs to come first x
