Summary, he was convicted for having indecent images of children. Now what they mean with indecent is anyone's guess, but it's probably shit he found on google. Otherwise he would have gone to prison for it. He had to sign the Sex Offenders Register and cooperate with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Now he is banned from having dolls as he was making pictures of those dolls in sexual positions and pictures of dirty underwear, also banned form doing his job as an ice cream vendor.

This guy needs to see a shrink and get help. But that isn't going to happen. Whatever the police are doing, it isn't prevention.

But some guys are saying he should die, or be castrated. Like that's going to solve anything. The only thing that does is make sure they don't seek any help.
