Pool tables are in short supply in CC. 12 steps down matches what you're talking about. My favorite dive bar is under new management and has been a weird mess since, while they awkwardly try to change the scene, so I can't recommend it right now. Oscar's in CC is kind of a touristy dive bar, if that makes sense. They also have a really solid cheesesteak and it's on a central strip of bars if you get bored. Good dog has a pool table, and while it isn't a dive bar, it has a comfortable feel to it. Otherwise, dirty franks is fun. Locust rendevous is usually crowded but has that warm dive bar feel. Mcglinchy's just sucks, even if it sounds okay. It's at best alright if you and your friends are smokers and want one drink while smoking a cig. Tops bar is almost never actually open, but would otherwise sound great from a google search.
