Cop runs over fleeing suspect with patrol car during chase

It's not even in the top 10 riskiest jobs.

Probably because most cops are smart enough not to risk their life chasing some dirtbag stealing cars, and instead, they employ spur of the moment thinking to apprehend the suspect. Later, people bitch at them saying "OMG you shouldn't have punched him! He didn't have a gun!" meanwhile they ignore the fact that he could have had a gun while resisting so the cop wasn't taking any chances, and in this specific instance they actually did have BB guns apparently.

Don't want to get run over by a cop? Don't run from them. There's literally no reason to run from a cop. You're just going to get your ass beat, and that's honestly how it should be. Those dumb asses put countless lives in danger by driving over 100mph on a two lane residential road, and you're upset that he get bumped from behind so the cop didn't have to risk getting shot? How would you have felt if those dudes ran over someone else that was inocent when they were speeding away from police? How would you have felt when you left your house to go to work in the morning and you find out some ass holes stole your car? Fuck them. I hope they stay in prison honestly.
