Cop who fractured man's skull during arrest convicted of aggravated assault

Lindsay isn’t a “dirty cop.” He’s an excellent cop, a great human being, and someone that lost their temper when dealing with someone that was extremely frustrating. Don’t knock these guys until you do it.

Was he in the wrong? I’m not debating it. But the guy isn’t a complete piece of shit that should be villified. He made a mistake that had severe consequences. That’s part of being a cop.

You work in an office and make a mistake or a big mistake? That’s not good. But it’s probably not life threatening or life altering.

You can’t understand the stress of the situation in the present moment until you are in it.

Let’s not go after him with pitch forks. He made a mistake. He will greatly pay for it. End of story. But it does NOT detract away from what type of person or officer he is.
