Corinne and Max spilling some JUICY secrets regarding the HvHvH finale/reunion show

Some people have argued that airing it (and more specifically, benefitting from the resulting limelight you alluded to) was putting a television show ahead of an individual person’s right to his privacy and changing his life in an irrevocably public way. It required him to publicly discuss something which he himself did not choose to open up for discussion. These people argue that it was a callous ratings grab and that it was gratuitous to air it. Other controversial moments at Tribal Councils have been edited out in the past; it has been suggested this one could have been as well.

Zeke himself has never publicly stated that he was upset with it being aired, and he in fact seems to have been extremely involved with producers of the show in deciding how it was handled. Nonetheless, people such as Max argue that “Survivor”’s decision to air it was opportunistic and self-serving rather than vital to the storyline of the season.
