I mean I agree, and I’m sure it’s gonna be portrayed as assault because it is, but they’re probably using this name because it’s gonna be about this very specific situation, where someone maybe is willing to the initial contact, but then tries to pull away but doesn’t verbally say no. That is something way too many girls have dealt with (and probably boys too), where they ask themselves «was I not clear enough, is it my fault because I didn’t SAY no loud enough?». It’s still rape obviously, and I’m sure Aaron won’t get away with it, but it deals with a very particular situation and I think it’s the correct name to give the storyline.
