Whoa whoa, ok we were told that the deadline to file taxes would be July 15, and that we had all year to collect the impact payment.

Now the deadline to file for the impact payment is tomorrow Wednesday at noon? Well what if you have a filing obligation and need to file 2019 taxes in order to get it?

My taxes are too complex to be done by tomorrow at noon, so I just submitted for the impact payment using the non flier tool, just to get it in even though I do need to file for 2019!

It says your submission isn't complete until its accepted by the IRS. If my submission is rejected by the IRS because they see that I need to file, what does that mean?

Will I be allowed to still receive the impact payment, having submitted the impact payment form before tomorrow, even though I won't have filed taxes yet and therefore they'll be receiving it after the deadline?
