Fuck it. Lock the border. Notify all overseas nationals that they have 1 week to notify the government of intent to return. Anyone not booked in can shelter in place. The risk is too great. The amount of money spent and sacrifices made just so some twat can fuck it all up because they can't handle 2 weeks isolation. It's absurd. The fact that people are still returning to NZ and then breaking out of isolation is completely fucked. If you don't want to isolate then don't come back. If you've got a funeral or other to attend, arrange for it to be postponed until after quarantine is complete. Surely its not that fucking difficult for people to not Fuck this up......
