Some months ago I also encountered this issue, after thoroughly testing all of the drives on the pool and determining that nothing else appeared to be getting corrupted, I was able to consistently replicate this problem with photograph images.

I wasn't able to work out why it was occurring beyond one of:

- It's DrivePool OR Lightroom writing to DrivePool pools' causing it but because I was only seeing it on photos (literally, not even random other images I had on the pool, ONLY some new photos) I just moved my workflow to another filesystem and continued working.

However I'm interested if anyone knows more on this, as I believe I'm starting to see the issue occur on random files in general - some part of the
