I’m prepared for a storm of downvotes for this but… I’ve been a deeply committed vegan for the animals for 3 and a half years.

Would I ever eat factory farmed meat purchased at a grocery store? No. Morally reprehensible. Would I ever eat any part of a pig? No. Morally reprehensible.

Would I personally kill and eat a fish with my bare hands? Maybe. I’m not capable of empathizing with a fish most of the time.

I haven’t done it because I still feel conflicted, but I would feel little to no guilt doing this because I simply do not have the capacity to have feelings for every fish in existence.

Still not gonna go buy factory farmed fish though…
