I could use a helping hand

Ahh, I can respect a response like this, as I used to be a lot like you, except I was never much of a fan of reality TV or celebrity news.

But to humor you, as you apparently love gossip and drama, no, my credit is shit. I come from a barely middle class, midwestern family, and when I was younger, I made a lot of stupid decisions/mistakes when it came to credit building and maintaining. Being in a full time touring band for two years didn't do much to help either.

I wasn't forced to move to LA, but I was forced to move out sooner than planned, since my roommate decided to leave a month earlier and I wasn't going to take on full expenses for no reason, as we were already past our lease term. The LA area was my destination from the start, so I didn't want to go anywhere else.

I'm not running from anything, and you'll find no destruction behind me (though I do tend to cause bad weather whenever I leave, so heads up on that if/when I leave LA).

Even after all of the above, you don't have to believe me (you probably won't), and the best part about that is: I frankly don't care. If I have to tough it out, then I'll tough it out; people take on bigger challenges with even less all the time, so I'm not intimidated by it in the slightest. If anything, you've given me an extra bit of drive to make it work with no help, so thanks, friend.

Godspeed to you, in whatever journey you may be taking.
