Could married people not having sex be correlated to the fact middle-aged men do not take care of themselves?

Fuck man, I really struggle sometimes with my weight and to be honest sometimes I just do want to laze around.

Imagine find someone.. and now you have to worry about "keeping"the spark going" or "not putting in enough effort" or "not speak the love language"

Isn't this shit so exhausting? Like when did all these expectations creep in.. wasn't just about two people who could bet on each other to raise a fam and help each other grow and ...yeah maybe not be so judgemental.. when you do just want to chill for a an entire day in bed.. or have a day to yourself now and then..

The more I read and the I think marriage is just too old of an idea for too new of an age.
