you probably wont find a laptop that can run games for that much. laptops arent really meant for running games unless its a gaming laptop which is pretty expensive. you can build a decent to good pc for 600 - 700 us dollars that can run games and run fl nicely. you can probably find a laptop that can run fl for your budget but as you start to get better plugins (like omnisphere, electra, serum, kontakt, nexus) or use too much plugins at the same time your cpu is gonna overload and thats gonna suck. you can probably get a gaming laptop from alienware for about $1000 that can run games and fl good. the main thing to look into for a computer that can run fl is a good cpu, and ram. but for games your gonna need those and a good graphics card. so if i were you id look i to building a pc. you can probably find good builds for your budget on youtube
