Could someone help me with my NU team? (new to competitive)

Hey, so just gonna go through your team, and add some suggestions. Firstly, whenever you go in NU, it is almost always helpful to have a bulky normal/flying resist, which can generally fulfill you stealth rock slot at the same time. So, firstly, you might find some more success by replacing kecleon with something like this:

By using steelix in your first slot, you gain a check to kangaskan, malamar, fire types, and archeops.

Now, you might want to change ludicolo to another set, preferably something that can apply more immediate pressure to enemy rock types, to help a DD zard sweep. Samurott would fit very well here, as it is able to fire off very powerful hydro pumps, and its coverage can make it almost impossible to switch in to.

I went with a taunt variant, as megahorn isn't extremely necessary, as rhydon can help you play around malamar, while taunt gives you a bit more use against bulky teams.

Next, I would recommend changing your hariyama to a hitmonchan, as charizard really appreciates its ability to clear away hazards such as stealth rock.

I went with a life orb variant, as its more able to keep up pressure, which this team will appreciate, but an assault vest set, or lum berry foresight set could also work.

Your charizard set is almost correct for a DD variant, but the only change I would suggest is to use life orb over lum berry, as the increase in power is very noticeable.

The only real change I would make to archeops would be to remove its item, so that acrobatics can reach its full power of 110 BP, rather than 55, and possibly to change stone edge for u-turn, to help better apply pressure.

Finally, your rotom set is also good for the team, although if you wish, you could change the set for a choice scarf variant:

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Trick
- Shadow Ball

This would allow you to better revenge any speed boosted sweepers, but this change would not bring the most gain, and a willohex set is also very useful for your team.

The basic game plan would be to abuse volt switch and u-turn to bring in your wall breakers in, and get in enough damage with them to allow charizard to break through the enemy's team.
