Here are the changes you requested

It's interesting, that when you start working with Photoshop, or giving hair cuts or anything else dealing with heads and faces, you start to see things like symmetry in faces. More to the point, that it doesn't exist. We are built that way, and very few people have even close to symmetrical faces. I'd say yours is closer than most. Additionally when you are dealing with Photo's the more you change them, the more awkward or fake they look. With people, you can fall into the uncanny valley very quickly. I see it often when people are trying to fix badly damaged photos, I do it myself too.

Having said all of that, I don't know what your use for this photo is. Often times hearing that story energizes and motivates me (and others) to help out. But, without that context, I try to help out and not guess what the use is. So, I hope that meets your needs.
