No it's not. The seattle commenter posted on a comment of mine and went off. Turns out seattle's comment was meant for someone else so I deleted my rude reply. But they continued on to post replies to me that weren't in error. It was unnecessary.

As far as the dog goes - I'm a retriever person- Labs and Goldens. Don't care too much for little dogs unless they're pugs, bostons, or frenchies. That looks like a schnauzer mix which I'm not a fan of for the most part.

And actually I have 3 rescued feral cats right now so dogs aren't even in my orbit. But I do know my cats would fuck up that dog, maybe even seattle too.

I don't have to like seattle's dog, and I can say it's ugly. I don't wish the little dog any harm, but I would never own it. And I did the little dog a favor telling seattle to take the dog for a walk.
