Council proposes £1,000 fines for homeless people sleeping in tents

Say that at in the middle of winter when they have to be in the shelter by 12am. You soon see the highstreet clear up then. On the exception of a Friday when everybody goes up town to drink, then you'll see a handful around sticking out the weather for drunk change. Also on new years, the most profitable time of year for street beggers, when they're fighting over the cash machine spots.

I was young 19 year old a few years ago. I know how these beggers operate. They get your attention, sell you a sob story, and drunken you give them a handful of change you got from buying drinks at the last club. You look like a good guy; they walk home with more money in one night than I get working an 12 hour shift.
