The COVID-19 pandemic has led to significant worsening of already poor dietary habits, low activity levels, sedentary behaviour, and high alcohol consumption among university students

people who managed to avoid actually contracting Covid 19.

That's me, we're doing ok. Managed to become from-home-workers, got a dog, started a small herb garden - which lead to fun and healthier cooking. STopped watching the news, and only stream a coupl eof shows, max 2 hours a night.

Early/regular bed (9:30-10:30), with the dog early and late long walks. Did drink a little much in the beginning, then stopped having tons of beer & wine at home until the weekends.

I understand we are fortunate in our situation - not having small children, that we CAN work from home, etc. - but we also applied a lot of discipline and have made an effort not to spin out of control.

Things could be a lot worse, we just try to make the right choices so we don't grow fat, alcoholic and insane.
