COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, Stimulus Package Megathread

I don't know if this is really a question for here, but I'm wondering and don't know where else to ask.

How many people are really, 100% social distancing? Are the majority really 100% avoiding everyone they don't live with (or have to work with), this long?

I mean I have, and most of the people close to me have. But to put it honestly, I've been pretty isolated for a few years already ( depression and anxiety, etc). So I feel like I don't really have a clear picture of how things are. I only have a few people I'm close enough to/talk to enough right now that I know they actually are, people I don't talk to regularly I don't know everything they do, and of course a lot of people are going to act like they are on social media.

I have anxiety issues, and grew up with paranoid parents. So I go from being extremely anxious and anal, to telling myself to ignore all my anxiety and worries because it "must" just be my anxiety. So I feel like I truly don't know what the right answer is. It's hard to explain, but I'm overthinking and it's driving me crazy.
