Covid Puts a Spotlight on the Food Industry’s Role in Obesity

Yeah, they do, but bruh. I can just put the damn fork down and maybe do some cardio. I don't have to eat all that shit, I just do because I like it. I'm fat because I want to be.

Now, all that said, I would def change my shit if I have to. I eat less now, but still over weight and out of shape. I just like what I like.

I've seen healthy people die on the track while in the Army from anything from a brain aneurysm, another died of a heart attack and she was 30 and healthy. When its your time, it's your time no matter how fit and healthy you are. I just live my life and try to make good choices. I'm trying to do better with food, one step at a time.
