You can't reason with someone who clearly has no understanding of the use of force continuum or police experience/training. They think that just because someone black was shot that its automatically a racial issue. At the very least, this can be considered under Tennessee V Garner. The guy was brandishing a knife and threatening people with it. Law enforcement cant simply let him get into a car, with or without kids inside and let him leave. Case law actually states that he can legally be shot to prevent his escape. Not to mention the fact that the officers have NO idea what is in the car. Quit making criminals fucking victims.
